Christmas is one of my favorite times of year. I wanted to share a special event that enables quality family bonding time during the festive season, as well as a way to help grant a special wish for a sick child.
In the spirit of giving this Christmas, Make-A-Wish Singapore kicks off the holiday festivities with Santa Run for Wishes 2018 – a charity run that bonds the family as you run together for a meaningful cause. It is also a day where the young and young at heart can come dressed as Santa Claus and elves to bring love and sparkle to children with life-threatening medical condition.
Santa Run for Wishes 2018 will be held on Sunday, 2nd December, from 7.00am to 11.00am at the Singapore Sports Hub. This year, something new has been added to the race, Make-A-Wish Singapore introduces a new 10km competitive run category as well as an exciting, scenic route along the beautiful interiors of Singapore Sports Hub.
In addition to the race, there will also be a fun carnival after which is free to attend for runners who participate in the Santa Run!
All registration and donation proceeds from the Santa Run for Wishes 2018 will go to Make-A-Wish to help grant life-changing wishes of children with life-threatening conditions, so make sure to sign up. 🙂
